We operate a business text messaging line for property operations coordination. Messages are sent and received for purposes such as scheduling property maintenance visits, requesting and confirming invoices, confirming completed work, and answering related questions with our contracted service vendors and business partners.

• How you opt in: Recipients are professional vendors and business partners who provide their mobile number to us directly in the course of our working relationship — verbally, on an invoice, in written correspondence — or who initiate contact by texting our business number first.
• Message frequency varies based on ongoing work. Message and data rates may apply.
