SMS PROGRAM TERMS

• Program: The Park LLC sends operational text messages — scheduling confirmations, maintenance updates, delivery notices, and invoice or payment status — from (646) 444-7753 to property owners, household representatives, and contracted service vendors who have opted in at westport.co/sms-opt-in.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies with property activity. This is a low-volume program.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. The Park LLC does not charge for the program.
• Opting out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive a single confirmation of your opt-out and no further messages.
• Help: Reply HELP to any message, call or text (646) 444-7753, or email wes@westport.co.
• Consent: Opting in is optional and is not a condition of purchasing, hiring, or using any The Park LLC or Westport & Co. service.
• Privacy: Mobile information and opt-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy.
• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
