This Privacy Policy describes how Westport & Co. and its property management company, The Park LLC (together, "we," "us"), collect, use, and protect personal information provided through westport.co and our property operations, including our SMS program.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
- Contact details you provide through our inquiry or opt-in forms: name, company, email address, phone number, and your relationship to our properties (owner, household representative, or service vendor).
- Operational records generated in the course of property management: scheduling, maintenance, delivery, and invoicing correspondence.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use personal information solely to operate and manage our properties: responding to inquiries, coordinating scheduling and access, managing maintenance and vendors, processing deliveries, and handling invoices and payments. We do not advertise, and we do not use personal information for marketing.
SMS / TEXT MESSAGING PROGRAM
The Park LLC operates a low-volume operational SMS program from (646) 444-7753 for users who opt in at westport.co/sms-opt-in. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing, hiring, or using any service.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are collected solely to deliver operational text messages and will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
SHARING
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers acting on our behalf (for example, our messaging platform provider, solely to deliver messages you have requested), or where required by law.
RETENTION & SECURITY
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and protect it with reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. Opt-out requests are honored immediately and opt-out records are retained to ensure you are not contacted again.
