Westport & Co. is a fine estate design and management firm. Property management services, including vendor coordination and communications, are operated by The Park LLC (together, "we," "us"). Questions about this policy: wes@westport.co.
Information We Collect
We collect contact information — such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, and business details — that our service vendors, contractors, tenants, and business partners provide to us directly in the course of our working relationship. We also retain records of communications, invoices, and work performed at the properties we manage.

We use this information solely to operate our property management business: coordinating and scheduling property maintenance, requesting and processing invoices and payments, confirming completed work, and communicating with the vendors and partners we work with.
